Lothian Skelton

Many art critics recognize Lothian Skelton for her talents in drawing horses in real life time.  She understands their conformation, bone structure and their anatomy.  With over 40 years of owning a ranch dedicated to horses, Lothian has been able to capture, in drawing, every loving moment during the life of a horse.

The daughter of Academy Award winning cinematographer Greg Toland, Lothian grew up surrounded by the artistic gifts from both her mother and father plus those learned as she worked with horses seven days a week.

Her art is collected by many individuals and corporations, and her art is proudly displayed throughout the United States and Canada.
